Elementary school students explored the theme of Excellence, a primary value of the Hospital. Narrowing their interpretation of excellence to a single concept, each student researched the imagery & finally presented a full scale, black & white cut paper design.
Each class arranged their designs in a 4′ x 4′ square. These were photographed, traced in CAD and laser cut in steel. After forming, the sconces were powder coated, wired & installed in the cafeteria for all to enjoy.
